Tarathiel, a cousin to Aerith Edasseril, was sent to squire under Baron Bors in hopes that the oft bookish youth could develop the martial prowess quite typical of those of his house. Tarathiel, however, sees the pen as mightier than the sword and hopes to learn from Baron Bors what it takes to make an effective diplomat and leader of the people, rather than a leader of soldiers.
